Trends and cycles are a way of life in the mortgage industry. Defaulting loans, foreclosures, vacant property, and damaged properties have always existed and there is an urgent need to give them prompt attention. While being introduced to this industry in 1992, there was an obvious need for quality property service in the Los Angeles area. At the time, the quality of service being performed was sub-par at best being completed by under qualified and some shady outfits. Since then, it has been our goal to bring higher standards to the field. While working locally, establishing communication with other leaders in the field across the country has helped this industry grow and become more than a fly-by-night business and also raised standards that are expected from the field. We would like to provide you with the same high standards and see if you to don't agree with us as well.
